The lovely people from Pure Passion in North West Libraries have set up an online poll for the favourite romantic read from their selection of books.

Do take a look - I wouldn't want to interfere with democracy by trying to persuade you to vote for me as there are some fab titles on there (though obviously I would appreciate any support!).

Calling all readers in the North West!

I'm doing this rather gorgeous looking event at the end of the month in Salford - plus another event on October 1 at Knutsford Library (more details to follow). It would be lovely to see you there...and with tea, cake and a chocolate fountain, there's something for everyone! (please come and stop me guzzling all the chocolate myself...)

Hello and thanks for popping in, especially if you've arrived from Beth's excellent feature on blogging at the WOW! Women on Writing site.
